Ab Exercises And How To Get A Flat Stomach Safely

Ripped AbsAb exercises, Ab Machines, Ab Belt, Ab Workouts call them what you will people are obsessed with their Abs. A great set of Six Pack Abs seems to be the holy grail for most people these days and they’ll go to extraordinary lengths to get them.

They’ll starve themselves, buy numerous “How To Get Six Pack Abs” books, purchase all the latest exercise gadgets in their quest for the holy grail a six pack.

So what works, doesn’t work and what’s down right dangerous in your Six Pack journey?

That’s why I decided to create this Blog and detail / review as many of the current Ab Exercises and programs on the market today. When I started researching this subject the number of products available blew my mind. I have a few of the well known products (The Truth About Abs / Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle etc) but I haven’t really had any reason to look for the last six months or so.

Searching Google for Ab Exercises / Flat Abs / Stomach Exercises will bring up hundreds of products you could choose from but which one would suit you best?

  • Should you even be looking at a Six Pack product at all?
  • Is the product safe to use?
  • Does it work?
  • Will it work for you?
  • Is it good value for money?

Sometimes the effort involved in getting a flat stomach may not be worth it and as always there is the law of diminishing returns. The closer you get to your target the harder it gets and for some the 80/20 rule will apply. The rule states that you can get 80% of the benefit (Six Pack Abs in this case) for 20% of the effort. The last 20% takes 80% of the effort.

For some (me included) they’d be happy with about 90% the last 10% just isn’t worth the extra effort. You however may be prepared to do what’s required and in that case this Blog should help point you in the right direction.
